More than 8 years experience defining and implementing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced consumer environments;

Stellar track record in Brand marketing and marketing innovation;

● Demonstrated experience in growth marketing across acquisitions, same-store growth and field marketing;

Strong understanding of the Philippine consumer and media landscapes;

Excellent analytical, communication and persuasion skills at executive level;

The right attitude: drive, flexibility, energy and ability to work in a matrix organisation in an ambiguous, relentless and fun environment.


● Define and execute the marketing strategy for the Philippines in sync with regional requirements;

● Design, implement and track end-to-end acquisition, engagement, retention and reputation marketing initiatives for the region;

● Champion user needs to appropriately position the Company proposition in your markets based on rigorous insights;

● Launch innovative and fully integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, offline, BTL and Comms;

● Set the true north for creative and branding excellence across the Philippines;

● Be the country’s General Manager’s trusted advisor on all facets of the Company’s marketing strategy and plan/execute seamlessly in sync with product, operations, PR and policy teams at the local and regional level;

● Build and grow a world-class marketing team.

Marketing Services Manager

The Company:
The company is a prominent online search and marketing firm in the Philippines providing web channels for varying demographics, wi-fi hotspots, VoIP services and contact details search services for businesses.

Makati City, Philippines

Term of employment:


1. To provide marketing services support to product managers including events management, marketing campaigns management, analysis and report generation, and the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals.

2. To provide marketing services for wi-fi hotspots including coordination with Telco partners, user guids and documentation, partner acquisition, customer relationship management, training, analysis, report generation and the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals.

3. To provide partner coordination, documentation and the development of customer programs for its VoIP initiatives.


  • Telco background is preferred – but not necessary.
  • Marketing experience, with a business development slant, is a MUST.
  • Must be analytical but strong in implementation and execution.
  • Enjoys field work and relationship management.
