About the Company:

inContact (Nasdaq: SAAS) provides SaaS hosted call center solutions in the cloud (or SaaS) such as ACD, IVR, Blended Dialer, WFM, eLearning, Hiring and on-demand customer survey tools to hundreds of clients around the world. It has recently set up its Asia-Pacific operations in the Philippines and is looking to hire a Sales Development Manager (code: SDM).

About the Position:

The SDM is responsible for the lead generation process, from identification of Philippine and North American organizations with call centers to acquisition of contact information for the decision makers within those organizations. The SDM will also be managing the administrative responsibilities related to the Lead Generation and Sales Development team in the Philippines. This person to design and manage the processes for creating leads. Lastly, hiring, training and mentoring Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Developers.

Experience Required:

  • University or College graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Lead Generation Management, Sales Management or Equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the development and documentation of lead generation processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Full-cycle sales process knowledge.
  • Excellent targeted questioning skills.
  • Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
  • Advanced computer skills including prior usage of, Microsoft Office/Outlook.
  • Excellent internet research skills.

The company is a prominent online search and marketing firm in the Philippines providing web channels for varying demographics, wi-fi hotspots, VoIP services and contact details search services for businesses.

Term of employment:


1. To provide marketing services support to product managers including events management, marketing campaigns management, analysis and report generation, and the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals.

2. To provide marketing services for wi-fi hotspots including coordination with Telco partners, user guids and documentation, partner acquisition, customer relationship management, training, analysis, report generation and the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals.

3. To provide partner coordination, documentation and the development of customer programs for its VoIP initiatives.


  • Telco background is preferred – but not necessary.

Its voice products and services include provisioning local calls, national and international toll services, and value added services. In addition to wireline voice services, it also offers access to high-speed data transmission and Internet services through domestic and international leased line services, frame relay and dedicated Internet service.

Location per Manager:
Philippine provinces of Rizal, Laguna, Quezon, Pangasinan, Bicol.

The company is looking for five Business Development Managers to work in the five areas of assignments, respectively.

Full-time employment with Flexi-time work-hours.

Php 60,000 – P100,000 + commission.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Strong leadership and presentation skills;
  • Experience in handling/ managing Sales Agencies;
  • Top performer sales people with proven track record in Sales and Sales Management;
  • Excellent conflict resolution, analytical and communication skills;
  • Non job hopper (at least 3 years with the last/ current company);
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Knows how to drive


  • Telco experience is a plus, but also open to candidates from other industries (FMCG, Insurance, credit card, direct sales) ;

Full-time employment. For H1 positions, work duration is indefinite.

US$73,000 to US$80,000 P.A.

The ideal candidate is expected to provide guidance, leadership, and direction to its technical team. The person would have demonstrated successes in building teams which deliver on aggressive telecommunications product development and implementations.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a Senior Management capacity.
  • BSEE or equivalent experience required; MSEE preferred.
  • Certification with e.g. BICSCI desired.
  • Telephony Outside Plant design, implementation, documentation for both Fiber and Copper Plant.
  • Familiarity with BICSI, RCDD, NEBS, ANSI, standards and associated OSP recommendations and performance specifications.
  • ADSL2+, VDSL2, and related high-speed wireline data transport.
  • Optical transport network design and implementation, xWDM, ROADM, up to 40Gb/s per wavelength.
  • Cellular and Wireless implementation, optimization, trouble-shooting, especially concentrating on 3GPP family of protocols (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+, LTE)
  • Thorough knowledge of IP-based communications system requirements for delivery of services which include (but are not limited to) VoIP (MGCP, SIP, SIP-T), IPTV (MP-2,-4 encoding, IGMP transport), Metro-Ethernet, CoS/QoS differentiated service offerings, MPLS & VPLS network implementations,
  • Excellent systems engineering, integration, and trouble-shooting skills.
