Location:
United States island territory of Guam.

Term:
Full-time employment. For H1 positions, work duration is indefinite.

Salary:
Senior IP Network Engineer – US$60,000 to US$63,000 P.A.
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) – US$63,000 to US$73,000 P.A.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is expected to have an in-depth knowledge of WAN, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, Security and MPLS based networks. The person must be proficient and experienced in design, development, implementation, testing and operation.

  • BS or equivalent work experience.
  • CCIE a must; CISSP a plus.
  • 10 plus years of experience in Network Engineering and support for mid-large multi-location network environment.
  • MPLS with Qos and Traffic Engineering experience required.
  • Multi ISP multi-site Internet eCommerce architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of L3 routing protocols – BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS a must.
  • Ability to manage projects independently using project application software.
  • Provide technical leadership and directions as a primary technical resource on IP router network technologies.
  • Analyze IP network design and traffic flows for network optimization in the Regional Area Networks.
  • Interface with Capacity planning to analyze traffic engineering data to forecast network capacity requirements.
  • Provide technical support for IP network problems.
  • Develop test and acceptance criteria for IP networks.
  • Provide technical training to junior engineers and other Ops groups on current and future technology.
  • Knowledge of Internet Service Provider server applications a plus.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, DNS a must.
  • Knowledge of IP telephone (VOIP) and video conferencing a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPTV concepts with a strong knowledge of unicast/multicast/IGMP network delivery a plus.
  • Ability to design and implement converged IP networks to support voice, data and video.
  • Demonstrated successes in design, implementation of complex IP systems.
  • Familiarity with 3GPP (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE) IP-based implementation details, configurations and migration strategies strongly desired.
  • Ability to lead major network migrations and/or review network change procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
US$73,000 to US$80,000 P.A.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is expected to provide guidance, leadership, and direction to its technical team. The person would have demonstrated successes in building teams which deliver on aggressive telecommunications product development and implementations.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a Senior Management capacity.
  • BSEE or equivalent experience required; MSEE preferred.
  • Certification with e.g. BICSCI desired.
  • Telephony Outside Plant design, implementation, documentation for both Fiber and Copper Plant.
  • Familiarity with BICSI, RCDD, NEBS, ANSI, standards and associated OSP recommendations and performance specifications.
  • ADSL2+, VDSL2, and related high-speed wireline data transport.
  • Optical transport network design and implementation, xWDM, ROADM, up to 40Gb/s per wavelength.
  • Cellular and Wireless implementation, optimization, trouble-shooting, especially concentrating on 3GPP family of protocols (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+, LTE)
  • Thorough knowledge of IP-based communications system requirements for delivery of services which include (but are not limited to) VoIP (MGCP, SIP, SIP-T), IPTV (MP-2,-4 encoding, IGMP transport), Metro-Ethernet, CoS/QoS differentiated service offerings, MPLS & VPLS network implementations,
  • Excellent systems engineering, integration, and trouble-shooting skills.

Tableau is looking to hire a Director of Customer Experience to build a best-in-class Customer Service and Support organization to meet ongoing growth. The Director is responsible for leading the Customer Service and Support teams of a high growth technology company that is fanatical about customer service. Acting both strategically and tactically, the Director will put in place the necessary tools; processes and personnel to ensure an efficient and well run organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement best in class practice and procedures for customer experience teams
  • Champion the Tableau customer experience and lead the Customer Service and User Support teams to provide excellent customer service and create customer loyalty
  • Define a strategy to build customer experience infrastructure to scale with rapid growth. Write requirements documents, manage projects, work with teams throughout the company, and deploy effective solutions
  • Work closely with Operations team to define, build, and manage a seamless customer experience for the self-service customer portal
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments. Identify which issues need escalation and resolve them directly
  • Manage budgets, and define/monitor metrics
  • Provide monthly program and project updates to senior leadership. Identify strategic needs and propose solutions to senior staff

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as a customer service leader is a high volume environment
  • Experience implementing and maintaining mission critical business systems and processes
  • Technology enthusiast; experience selecting and deploying creative technology solutions to business challenges
  • Demonstrated passion for customer-centric service; track record of simplifying systems for customers
  • Proven ability to identify problems, implement solutions and effectively drive change in an organization
  • Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills
  • Bachelors in Business or Engineering field preferred (minimum)

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment
  • Ability to sit for moderate periods of time working on a computer
  • Ability to travel (typically less than 10%)

Cisco Engineer II, Voice-Video Systems at Deerfield, IL (USA)

OBJECTIVE:

  • Designs highly available and highly reliable voice and video networks (Audio-conferencing, PBX, Cisco TelePresence, Voicemail, Video-conferencing, etc.).
  • Manages third party service providers as required to support 7,000 plus phone, voicemail, audio-conferencing and video-conferencing users across multiple locations.
  • Assures technology infrastructure supports the business environment.
  • Supports existing systems and handles service requests from users.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Designs and oversees the build, configure, deploy and support Cisco VOIP Infrastructure and Call Manager, VRF Routing, WISM Wireless Controller and Cisco AP Infrastructure, Cisco QOS policy knowledge and maintenance, IP Video Conferencing, Wireless Services, VoiceMail services, and Audio-conferencing services.
  • Provides overall troubleshooting of production enterprise voice and video systems hardware, software and services.
  • Leverages deep understanding of business and/or technology to proactively identify and prioritize solutions that drive business value
  • Assists with developing standards and work instructions that support those standards.
  • Evaluates vendor technology offerings and proposals.
  • Manages costs through billing oversight.
  • Negotiates vendor and service contracts. Provides point of contact for proposals.
  • Develops processes and procedures around building and maintaining technology infrastructure. Remains current with industry trends and standards and introduces relevant technology to the organization

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years IT experience, or, High School Diploma and nine years IT experience.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in voice communications technologies.
