About the Company:

inContact (Nasdaq: SAAS) provides SaaS hosted call center solutions in the cloud (or SaaS) such as ACD, IVR, Blended Dialer, WFM, eLearning, Hiring and on-demand customer survey tools to hundreds of clients around the world. It has recently set up its Asia-Pacific operations in the Philippines and is looking to hire a Sales Development Manager (code: SDM).

About the Position:

The SDM is responsible for the lead generation process, from identification of Philippine and North American organizations with call centers to acquisition of contact information for the decision makers within those organizations. The SDM will also be managing the administrative responsibilities related to the Lead Generation and Sales Development team in the Philippines. This person to design and manage the processes for creating leads. Lastly, hiring, training and mentoring Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Developers.

Experience Required:

  • University or College graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Lead Generation Management, Sales Management or Equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the development and documentation of lead generation processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Full-cycle sales process knowledge.
  • Excellent targeted questioning skills.
  • Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
  • Advanced computer skills including prior usage of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office/Outlook.
  • Excellent internet research skills.

This reputation is built on the careful selection of safety and service orientated drilling personnel and the attention to keeping a modern, well maintained fleet of drill rigs. Operating in Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire and Togo, its client list is a who’s-who of some of the major companies in the region, including Anglo Exploration (Anmercosa), Ashanti Goldfields Company, Equigold CI, Golden Star Resources, Newmont Ghana Gold and Red Back Mining, to name a few. The mining industry accounts for 5% of Ghana’s GDP and 37% of total exports.

Location: Accra, Ghana, West Africa

Term of Employment: 18 months minimum

Qualifications:

  • Qualified CPA
  • Experience preferably in exploration, mining oil & gas, construction a plus factor
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
  • Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains a plus factor
  • Early 30’s to late 40’s

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement best in class practice and procedures for customer experience teams

  • Demonstrated passion for customer-centric service; track record of simplifying systems for customers
  • Proven ability to identify problems, implement solutions and effectively drive change in an organization
  • Strong communication, reporting and analytical skills
  • Bachelors in Business or Engineering field preferred (minimum)

Working Conditions
