About the Company:
inContact (Nasdaq: SAAS) provides SaaS hosted call center solutions in the cloud (or SaaS) such as ACD, IVR, Blended Dialer, WFM, eLearning, Hiring and on-demand customer survey tools to hundreds of clients around the world. It has recently set up its Asia-Pacific operations in the Philippines and is looking to hire a Sales Development Manager (code: SDM).
About the Position:
The SDM is responsible for the lead generation process, from identification of Philippine and North American organizations with call centers to acquisition of contact information for the decision makers within those organizations. The SDM will also be managing the administrative responsibilities related to the Lead Generation and Sales Development team in the Philippines. This person to design and manage the processes for creating leads. Lastly, hiring, training and mentoring Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Developers.
Experience Required:
- University or College graduate.
- Minimum 1 year Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years Lead Generation Management, Sales Management or Equivalent experience.
- Experience in the development and documentation of lead generation processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Full-cycle sales process knowledge.
- Excellent targeted questioning skills.
- Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives.
- Advanced computer skills including prior usage of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- Excellent internet research skills.
